About the Riverview Estates Project

At Sears Real Estate, we are fortunate to have been able to team up with some of the region’s best talent for this development. Aside from the strength of experience that Sears Real Estate offers, we have assembled a team with a combined experience level of 150+ years. Starting with Civil Engineering by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin and Architectural design by Dietz and Company Architects, we created the basic site layout and unit design. Our site development work will be performed by Marion Excavating, and Sowa Construction. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and talents to the table, resulting in a high-quality product. Our project is funded by Chicopee Savings Bank, a well known local financial institution with a long-standing reputation.
