Time Line

Currently, our demo unit is available for your viewing pleasure by appointment.  We anticipate this project will be a three phases as follows: PHASE I- Lower Mountain, currently being completed with occupancies underway PHASE II- Middle Mountain, with units to start in 2008, and: PHASE III- Upper Mountain, with units being constructed based on sales demand.
