Time Line

Currently, our target is to have a demo unit for your viewing pleasure by early summer 2007.  We anticipate this project will be a two-year build with three phases as follows: PHASE I- Lower Mountain, with units ready for occupancy by late fall 2007; PHASE II- Middle Mountain, with units ready occupancy by spring 2008, and: PHASE III- Upper Mountain, with units ready for occupancy by late fall 2008.
